Hardscape Designer
Are you hardworking, creative, and sales oriented? We are officially ready to expand our sales team! As a hardscape designer, you will be working with customers to design outdoor living spaces. A typical day involves creating 3D designs, emailing proposals, and meeting with prospective clients.
We are looking for designers that want to help our business grow. You MUST be self-motivated and willing to take on a challenge. A background in hardscaping is a plus, but not required. More than anything, candidates for this position need to be driven and ready to learn. We are looking for team players that want to succeed.
All leads are provided and compensation will be evaluated based on experience.
Qualifications:
Customer service oriented
Positive attitude
Self-motivated
Background in construction, hardscaping, or landscape design preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but will consider commensurate experience
Ability to accurately take measurements and calculate
Strong problem solving ability
Organized with an attention to detail
Ability to evaluate the urgency of a situation and prioritize tasks
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
