There’s nothing better than doing great work that the customer really enjoys. Well, almost nothing. I guess one step up from that is when one of our customers takes time out of their day to tell us about the job we did and how pleased they were with our guys and their work! Here is the letter we recently received:
Hello Zach,
I hope you are having a great day! I just wanted to send you a quick note and let you know how pleased we have been working with your company. From start to finish, everyone was so professional! Poor Ken hung in there with me and my slight shape revisions to the drawing he made for us. And April and I are practically best friends from all of the phone calls to keep me up to date – she is a hard worker and very dedicated. And the crew that did the work…they were amazing! Pedro, Guillermo and I believe Jose (he was the quiet one). They had marked the job and I was kind of a pain and wanted to make the area bigger. Pedro and Guillermo hung in there with me and it looks amazing! The guys were great with my son. He just stared at them out the window (he wanted all of their machines). Pedro was so sweet and helped me get the kids hand prints in a small corner of the new concrete. You can definitely tell he has kiddos. They worked so hard and in all types of crazy weather we have had. We could not have asked for a better crew! You have some great people working for you, which I believe speaks highly of you and your company.
I have my own company as well and right now it’s just me, by choice, but in the past I had assistants and employees. I know how hard it is to find good people and keep them. You are doing something great! We look forward to working with you in the future! And I will definitely be giving your name to all of our friends.
P.S. I even tried to tip them and they wouldn’t take it 🙂 Were very appreciative, but said no thank you.
